1. The Brief
An initial meeting on site enables the designer to listen to the clients aspirations for the landscape or garden and get a feel for the site and its surrounding location. Following this meeting a written brief will be put together with a fee estimate.
If you decide to go ahead a full survey needs to be undertaken prior to any design work.

5. Tender Documentation and Contract Administration
This stage of the process is important as it is used to obtain competitive quotes from landscape contractors as we can prepare a detailed specification document and to oversee the construction process.
